1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all prize competitions (“Competitions”) operated by The-0121-Way Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”).
1.2 By entering any Competition, you (“you”, “entrant”, “participant”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.3 These Terms form a legally binding agreement. Please read them carefully before entering.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Entrants must be 18 years or older and residents of the UK or Ireland.
2.2 Employees, directors, family members, or affiliates of The-0121-Way Limited are not permitted to enter.
2.3 We reserve the right to request proof of age and identity.
3. How to Enter
There are two methods of entry:
3.1 Paid Entry
3.1.1 Entrants may purchase entries via our website by selecting a Competition, answering the skill-based question, and completing payment.
3.1.2 Payment must be received before the Competition closes.
3.1.3 Entry prices are clearly displayed on each Competition page.
3.2 Free Postal Entry (No Purchase Necessary)
3.2.1 Entrants may enter for free by sending a handwritten postcard containing:
- Full name
- Postal address
- Date of birth
- Email address
- Contact phone number
- The name of the Competition
- Your answer to the skill-based question
3.2.2 Postal entries must be sent to:

3.2.3 Only one entry per stamped envelope is permitted.
3.2.4 Free entries are treated exactly the same as paid entries.
3.2.5 Late or incomplete entries may be disqualified.
4. Skill-Based Question
4.1 Each Competition includes a skill, knowledge, or judgement question.
4.2 Only entrants who answer correctly will be entered into the draw.
4.3 Incorrect answers will not be refunded.
5. Closing Dates
5.1 Each Competition has a clearly advertised opening and closing date.
5.2 Entries received after the closing date will be invalid.
5.3 Competitions may close earlier if maximum entry numbers are reached.
6. Maximum Entries
6.1 Each Competition may include restrictions on the number of entries per person or total entries available.
6.2 These limits will be displayed on each Competition page.
7. Winner Selection
7.1 All correct entries will be entered into a random draw using a secure, independently verifiable random process (e.g., Google Random Number Generator).
7.2 The draw will be live streamed or recorded for transparency.
7.3 The winner will be contacted via the details provided at entry.
7.4 If the winner cannot be reached within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.
8. Prizes
8.1 Prize details are clearly described on each Competition listing.
8.2 Images are for illustration; actual items may vary slightly.
8.3 No cash alternative will be offered unless stated.
8.4 If a prize becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
9. Delivery / Collection of Prize
9.1 Prizes such as vehicles must be collected by the winner unless otherwise stated.
9.2 ID and proof of entry must be provided upon collection.
9.3 We will arrange delivery for select prizes; any delivery costs will be clearly disclosed.
10. Winner Publicity
10.1 By entering, you agree that your name, town/city, and photographs may be used for marketing purposes.
10.2 You may ask us not to display your face, provided we can still prove the draw was genuine.
11. Refunds
11.1 Entries are non-refundable, except where a Competition is cancelled by us.
11.2 If a Competition is cancelled, all entrants will receive a full refund.
12. Fair Play
12.1 We may disqualify any entrant who:
- Uses false information
- Attempts to manipulate the system
- Enters using automated or bulk methods
- Breaches these Terms
13. Liability
13.1 The-0121-Way Limited is not liable for:
- Technical failures
- Lost or delayed entries
- Postal errors
- Any loss not caused by our negligence
13.2 Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
14. Data Protection
14.1 We comply with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
14.2 Your information is used solely for running our Competitions.
14.3 We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required for draw verification or prize delivery.
15. Governing Law
15.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
15.2 Any disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts of England & Wales.
16. Changes to Terms
16.1 We may update these Terms from time to time.
16.2 Any changes will apply to future Competitions only.
